The leaders, stakeholders, members,non- members and teeming supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress, in Isiala Mbano LGA, have collectively reiterated their unwavering commitment towards ensuring that the member representing Okigwe North federal constituency at the national Assembly,Hon. Princess Miriam Odinaka Onuoha is re-elected for a second term in office.
This great affirmation was made known, today, 9th July 2022 at the Isiala Mbano LGA council headquarters Umuelemai,during an all inclusive stakeholders meeting of the party,which saw all the notable Political players, APC aspirants from the state assembly level up to the Senatorial level,past and present office holders, grassroot mobilizers,youths and women groups from the council,fully in attendance. As made known,the meeting organized by the leadership of the party in the LGA, in collaboration with the IMC Chairman of the council,was to further synergize the party members and as well inform the supporters of the various candidates of the party,who may not neccessarily be card carrying members of the party,that the party would win all her legislative elections in Isiala Mbano, landslide.
The LGA chairman of the party, Chief Onyeoma C.Y and the IMC chairman, Hon. Chika Okoroike emphatically and specifically made it clear that Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha’s re-election bid is very vital and non negotiable, owing to her plausible and indelible achievements at the green chamber. According to them, no one stops a moving train.The party leaders and members, explicitly expressed the fact that there’s no opposition in Isiala Mbano LGA, as they are too focused to lend credence to some peurile attention- seeking strategies of certain mushroom groups in disguise of political parties, parading ejected political baggages without relevance and broad acceptability.They noted that the party will capitalize on the laudable achievements of Governor Hope Uzodimma, among other factors, to win convincingly.
While speaking, Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha expressed joy at the level of cooperation, unity and synergy existing within the Isiala Mbano chapter of the APC family.While noting that she remains the sole face and hope of IMO women in governance and political decision making in the state and national. She as well, reminded her cheering supporters, of the positive difference she has made in office since assumption of office (2yrs plus), referencing various achievements of hers.The people oriented female lawmaker urged all the party faithful to remain resolute, even as she is neither bothered nor detered by the infantile discord tunes of some infinitesimal dissident elements, who want to mortgage the collective interest of the constituency for self egoistic gains.
